Smart contracts facilitate automatic payments and job completion verification, but the Platform is not responsible for errors or disputes arising from the use of these contracts.

Payments and Cryptocurrency Transactions

Payments between clients and freelancers are processed via Algorand’s blockchain. You acknowledge that you are familiar with and agree to the use of cryptocurrency for payments on the Platform.
The Platform does not handle any fiat currency transactions. All payments made on the Platform are in either in USDC, GAGN or ALGO.
You are responsible for understanding how to use cryptocurrency wallets and the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.

Fees

The Platform may charge fees (e.g., transaction fees, platform fees) for facilitating the use of the Platform and smart contracts. These fees may be subject to change and will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.
Fees will be deducted automatically in USDC, GAGN or ALGO.

User-Generated Content

Users may upload, share, or post content on the Platform, including job postings, CVs, avatars, etc. You retain ownership of your content but grant the Platform a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the operation of the Platform. You agree not to upload or share any content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

Dispute Resolution

As the Platform is decentralized, disputes between freelancers and clients (e.g., disagreements over job completion or payment) must be resolved between the parties involved. The Platform is not responsible for resolving disputes. However, you may seek third-party arbitration services or use dispute resolution mechanisms offered by decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, if applicable.
